Meet the Team

Victoria Simons
Coordinator and ski instructor

Victoria learned to ski as an adult, navigating the physical and psychological challenges that often accompany late entry into the sport. Through persistence and a holistic approach to learning, she transformed skiing from a challenge into a passion—earning her ski instructor certification eight years later. Inspired by her own journey, Victoria founded Laying Down Tracks, a women’s ski retreat designed to support adult learners through both the technical and emotional aspects of skiing. Her teaching blends skill development, mindset, and community to help women build confidence, move past limitations, and rediscover the joy of this wild and magical sport.

Maria Pujol Carreras
Ski instructor

Maria has been on skis since she learned to walk, and her lifelong passion for the sport has taken her across Europe, from the Dolomites to Andorra, in pursuit of what she calls “the best feeling in the world: flying.” An accomplished and dynamic instructor, Maria is known for thoughtfully challenging her students and accelerating their progress with confidence and precision. She has a proven track record of guiding skiers from green terrain to red—and even black—while keeping the experience empowering, joyful, and fun.

Carolina Moro
Yoga instructor

Carolina is an actor and a certified yoga teacher trained in Vinyasa and Ashtanga, with a deep focus on embodied awareness. Her teaching invites you to notice your breath, listen to your body, and move with intuition rather than force. Through grounded mindful classes she supports you in building trust, softening fear, and finding steadiness — skills that translate from the mat to the slopes and into everyday life!

We look forward to meeting you and sharing this special experience with you.
